A RIPPED Apart Pallet From My Husband's Warehouse

I've had this table for years and when I poked around the internet to get ideas, of coarse all the pallet blogs and articles were very interesting to me.
So I took this poor table that was left out in the weather and developed an injury on the edges, my wheels were spinning!

So the carpenter, that was helping us restore an old house we purchased, lended a helping hand and ripped the pallet apart (those suckers are hard to get apart...
well, some were easier than others) cut the boards and screwed them on ( yes I could of done it, but it was cold and I knew he could do it faster, and besides. ..he was already there and at a "stopping" point at the time. Good timing on my part, and he didn't mind at all. I was very appreciative of that.

Drum roll please... here it is in the guest house we have on the property (that we had to refurbish also) It was a hott mess!
I love it and I just lightly sanded in sporadic areas to "lighten up" the dark wood so it would flow better.
